First footage of Super Meat Boy

Super Meat Boy is an upcoming platformer for Wiiware and PC. It's created by the great Edmund McMillen as a sequel for the popular flash game Meat Boy. The first game footage is available and, as you can see, the cute squared piece of meat goes once again to rescue his girlfriend, leaving a trail of blood behind. The game is due to launch at the beginning of 2010.
